The site visit to Chivers House in Bath, organised by Constructing B&NES and led by Halsall, was invaluable. With the support of the accommodating Employability Skills Coordinator, I gained valuable insights as a learner. Collaborating with Halsall Construction on-site was a fantastic opportunity.
Comparing this site to previous ones I've seen highlighted the diverse working environments within the construction industry. Observing different stages of the build process significantly enhanced my understanding of site operations.
